My coaching programmes are designed to help you produce the best results. I tailor my services around your needs, as I don’t believe you can be served as powerfully by a cookie cutter approach. We don’t all fit in the same neat boxes, life is messy, you are unique and you deserve the very best.
Usually I work with my clients over a 6 or 12 session basis, each session is 45 minutes in length so that we are focussed on the most important and transformative aspects of your goal. Sessions will be conducted either on Skype, Zoom or in person depending on your location.
Sessions are structured towards a goal to ensure that action is at the core of our process. My coaching is about positive change and helping you actively create and manifest that in you life.
To start working with me there is a very simple process to follow outlined below. These steps allow you to get to know me, and me to understand whether we would be a good fit to continue and work together over a longer period.
My fees are bespoke as I build my packages around your specific needs at the time.
After your complimentary discovery session, if you decide to embark on this life-changing journey, we will make a session plan and decide how to work together. The plan will consist of the number of sessions, session frequency, duration, structure and about your main goal.
During our sessions we will:
Discover your goals, your values, your vision and what you truly want from yourself and your life/business in general
Develop a ‘vision board’ which is focused, measurable and aligned to the short and long term results you want
Understand what is holding you back from achieving your goals
Uncover any limiting beliefs and stories getting in the way of you winning at the highest level
Identify where the gaps are in your life
Whatever stands in your way of achieving greatness

The first step on your journey is to complete the introductory form that allows me to understand your situation, why you are getting in touch, the goals you want to accomplish and the obstacles that you feel are stopping you from achieving them.

Step 3: Commit
After your complimentary discovery session, if we both feel that coaching is the best next step, I will share a few personalized options tailor made for you, designed to help you be your best and create the results you want.
This is when we decide on the best coaching path
We discuss sessions and agree on our contract
Step 2: Discovery call
Once I have received your form I take the time to read and understand your situation and then I will email you back to book in your free discovery call either on Zoom, Skype or telephone depending on your location and what suits us.

This session is 30 minutes, it can be conducted either over Skype, Zoom or in person depending on your location
This session gives you a chance to get to know me, how I work and for us to discuss your situation in greater depth
